The Ruhr Games Festival 2025 – A showstopping highlight of the Rhine-Ruhr 2025 Festival. From 17 to 20 July 2025, the iconic Jahrhunderthalle Bochum transforms into a buzzing hub of top-level sport, creative workshops, and unforgettable live concerts.
Blending energy, culture, and pure entertainment, this unique festival experience takes the Rhine-Ruhr 2025 vibe to the next level. Dive into exciting demo sessions and hands-on sport activities featuring new Olympic disciplines like BMX Flatland & BMX Spineramp, Calisthenics and Urban Dance. On top of that, the Ruhr Games will host the prestigious Rhine-Ruhr 2025 FISU World Conference and thrilling competitions in 3x3 basketball and 3x3 wheelchair basketball.
With international athletes and student groups in the mix, expect an inspiring atmosphere of competition, creativity, and connection.

Skate-aid international e.V. is a non-profit organisation based in Berlin, founded in 2009 by skateboard pioneer Titus Dittmann. The association’s goal is to empower children and young people worldwide through the educational power of skateboarding, helping them develop a sense of direction, self-confidence, and community spirit. To achieve this, skate-aid builds skateparks in crisis regions and disadvantaged areas and offers accompanying workshops that promote personal development, resilience, and social skills. The organisation currently supports over 25 projects in 14 countries, including Uganda, Nepal, Palestine, and Germany.
