The Park Festival is a highlight of the Rhine-Ruhr 2025 Festival in Essen, taking place from 21 to 26 July 2025. Rhine-Ruhr 2025 Sports Diploma

Try-out participation in the RR25 competitive sports programme featuring small challenges to agility and speed, supervised by sports associations and volunteers. Aim: to promote enthusiasm for sport. After completing all stations, participants will receive a certificate and a small goodie.

Blackroll

BLACKROLL is a company specialising in preventive health products. Best known for its innovative fascia rollers, BLACKROLL helps improve mobility, prevent injuries, and support muscle recovery.

Mutmacher-Events 

Mutmacher-Events organised by the DFL Foundation and Sporthilfe: German Olympic and Paralympic youth talents inspire enthusiasm for sport and movement through taster training sessions and conversations.

Deutsches Sportabzeichen

German Sports Badge – Whether young or old, from the age of 6, everyone can participate and demonstrate their sporting versatility. In the Grugapark, there is an opportunity to learn about, try out, and perhaps even achieve some initial results in various disciplines of the German Sports Badge. Those who have already completed exercises in the Grugapark can also take the swimming test on Saturday, 26th July, between 10:00 and 12:00 at the Grugabad. Join in and take on the sporting challenge!

Stiftung Deutsche Sporthilfe

Since 1967, the german sports foundation Sporthilfe has been the most important private sports promotion initiative in Germany, assisting athletes on their way to success both within Germany and in international competitions such as the Olympic and Paralympic Games. In 58 years the foundation has supported more than 57,000 top athletes in Germany across 50 disciplines. The Sporthilfe supports athletes financially as well as in career planning and personal development through training seminars, mentoring programmes and more
