Awards
As part of the Rhine-Ruhr 2025 FISU World University Games, various awards will be presented during the FISU World Conference to recognise outstanding commitment, special achievements and innovative contributions to university sport. The focus will be on the following awards. These awards are a central component of the Rhine-Ruhr 2025 FISU World University Games and are intended to contribute to the visibility and recognition of forward-looking initiatives and scientific achievements.

Green Delegation Award
This award recognises delegations that make an outstanding contribution to environmental sustainability in the context of the Rhine-Ruhr 2025 FISU World University Games. It aims to highlight and reward initiatives that reduce environmental impact and promote climate awareness ss — both in the lead-up to and during the Games.
FISU Healthy Campus Label
An international award for universities that are actively committed to the physical, mental and social well-being of their students and staff.
Outstanding Thesis Award
For theses (Bachelor/Master) that are characterised by exceptional quality and relevance in the context of the conference topics.
