Abstract submissions are now closed. No further submissions can be accepted. We are pleased to note the significant interest in our presentations and poster sessions. Abstracts are currently under review by our Academic Board, following clearly defined selection criteria.
Abstracts could be submitted from 1 October 2024 to 15 January 2025.
Unfortunately, abstracts submitted after the deadline cannot be considered.
Each abstract will undergo a double-blind review process conducted by international experts in the field. The selection of successful applications will be based on the quality, diversity, and the extent to which the proposed content informs, engages, and meets the selection criteria.
Confirmation of selected abstracts will be provided by email by 31 March 2025 at the latest. Please note that the submission of an abstract does not constitute a legal claim for acceptance, or for participation in the conference as a speaker.
