Games-Time Communication
Effective communication is key to ensuring a smooth volunteer experience during the Rhine-Ruhr 2025 FISU World University Games. To keep everyone informed and connected, we will be using the Signal app as our primary communication tool.
How it works:
Each venue will have its own Signal group, where important updates, shift details, urgent announcements, and last-minute changes will be shared.
Your team leader and Venue manager will post key information in the group, so make sure to check it regularly.
What you need to do:
Download the Signal app at least 1 week before the FISU Games start.
Join your assigned venue group – You will receive an invitation link to join the group shortly before the start of your role.
Check messages regularly to stay updated on any changes.
