From Info Points and Lost & Found services to safety wristbands, accessibility support, and Safer Spaces, the Rhine-Ruhr 2025 FISU Games prioritises your well-being at every venue. Trained volunteers and designated areas ensure that spectators - especially children and vulnerable individuals - receive immediate help, accurate information, and a secure environment throughout their visit. Whether you need directions, assistance, or a safe space to talk, help is always close by.
The Info Points are your central point of contact for assistance, orientation, and other important services during your visit to any of the venues of the Rhine-Ruhr 2025 FISU World University Games. Whether you're looking for event information, exploring the venue, or trying to recover a lost item – the Info Point is there to help. The on-site volunteers are always happy to assist, so don’t hesitate to approach them with any questions!
You’ll find at least one Info Point at every venue, typically located near the main entrance or in the immediate surrounding area.

Each Info Point is staffed by trained volunteers and offers a wide range of services to ensure that all visitors enjoy their experience as smoothly as possible.
General Information & Assistance
Volunteers are ready to answer your questions about competition schedules, venue layout, available services, and anything else you need to know during your visit.
Lost & Found
Found something? Lost something - or someone? The Info Point is the central collection and reporting station for all lost items and missing persons. Secure containers and digital systems are in place to log and store found items safely. Regarding missing persons, reports can be made to any Spectator Services volunteer or directly at an Info Point, with volunteers promptly directing the reporting person to the nearest Info Point for immediate action. Also, there is a structured protocol that ensures a swift and efficient search.
Safety Wristbands for Children & other vulnerable groups
Free wristbands are available at all Info Points. Parents and guardians can write their contact details on the wristband to ensure lost children/vulnerable persons can be quickly reunited with their caregivers. In some venues, volunteers also carry these wristbands with them.
Accessibilty Support
Inclusion Volunteers, working alongside the Info Point, help guests with disabilities navigate the venue and access dedicated services such as accessible seating, toilets, elevators, ramps, and entry points. The Info Point can also direct you to available accessibility services.
Spectator Navigation Support
Info Point volunteers can provide wayfinding support through digital venue maps and give directions to seating blocks, restrooms, food and drink vendors, activation zones, medical services, and other points of interest.
Tap Points
All venues are equipped with NFC-enabled Tap Points. Spectators can scan these with their smartphones to instantly access up-to-date information about the event and venue facilities. Read more about the NFC experience app here.
Unified Volunteer Team
Info Point volunteers work closely with Spectator Services and Inclusion Volunteers deployed across the venue. If you’re not near the Info Point, any volunteer can help or contact the Info Point on your behalf. Volunteers are clearly identifiable by their uniforms, and all Spectator Services volunteers wear additional yellow captain’s armbands.
